How does the auto glass repair process work?
The auto glass repair process might seem complicated to someone who has never observed or done the process. To a trained professional though, it is simply a memorized routine that they will probably never forget. Most of the auto glass repair process is not done by hand and you will need a specially designed machine in order to repair the auto glass. First you start by using a cloth to clean away the side of the auto glass that was damaged. make sure to rub off anything that is coming out from the glass. Once you have a smooth surface the auto glass repair team will bring in a machine that will suction itself to the glass. This process isn’t complicated and the machine does all the work for you. What it does is it sucks out all of the glass particles and chips that broke off into the inner layer of your auto glass when the damaged happen. These chips are impossible to get out by hand and they can really affect your ability to see through the glass. After the chips are out, a gel is injected into the inner layer that increases visibility and help restore the damaged portion of the windshield and also protects that area from becoming cracked in the future so that your auto glass is sure to last.
